Fjaak is a Berlin-based trio whose three members grew up together and have always worked on music. They used to write songs in all kinds of styles, recording on traditional instruments in a dark basement, until they came into contact with Berlin’s techno scene. Their music became more electronic, and now the band puts a fresh, new twist on classic house, breakbeat, and techno. Among their fans is none other than Modeselektor, who has predicted that Fjaak will be the next big thing.
