AMPERE ANTWERP APP

Together with Anykrowd, we have designed the Ampere Antwerp App. You can charge your digital wallet, top-up at any time and stay in touch with our program. The app is available for free on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. We have high speed wifi and 5G internet running throughout the venue (use the wifi AMPERE APP ONLY).

You can also purchase an Ampere Card, available at the token booth, for 2€. This is where youcan top-up your card, by paying with cash or card. Don’t lose this card, you can re-use it at any time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE APP

Can I use my old tokens/jetons ? The use of old tokens/jetons will not be accepted.

I have accidentally put too much money on my digital wallet, can I ask for a refund ? Refunds are not possible. Once your wallet is charged, it is not possible to retrieve the money. We recommend to top-up responsibly. Keep in mind, 1 AMP = 3,5€.

I don’t have a phone/my phone does not have battery, can I still buy drinks ? Yes, you can also purchase an Ampere Card, available at the token booth, for 2€. This is where you can top-up your card, by paying with cash or card. Don’t lose this card, you can re-use it at any time.

Does the venue have free wifi ? Yes, we have high speed wifi and 5G internet running throughout the venue. Connect to the wifi AMPERE APP ONLY, no password is required.

Where can I scan the QR-code to download the app ? You can find this QR-code at the entrance.

SAFE SPACE POLICY

We care deeply about creating a safe environment on the dance floor. There is no place for harassment in any form, or sexism, racism, homophobia and bigotry. Our staff is trained to respond accordingly to these situations. If you feel unsafe, let our staff know (stewards, security or bar staff). If you witness one of those situations, let our staff know. Ampere is a multi-cultural space for everyone, a sanctuary for people from all backgrounds. Your well-being and enjoyment are our top priorities. Note that Ampere reserves the right to refuse entry, assess and manage situations to ensure our parties are completely harm-free.

LOST AND FOUND

All lost and found items are processed after the week-end. Get in touch with us via Facebook/Instagram or via e-mail at oscar@ampere-antwerp.be . Items will be kept for no more than 3 weeks then delivered to local authorities/donation centers.

COVID 19 CORONA x AMPERE SAFETY

Currently, we follow all developments closely day by day. We reduced our capacity to 900 visitors on Saturday and 600 visitors on Friday. We consult daily with the local government and experts on this matter. We already took extra health and safety measures last week and will keep incorporating them. At the moment all of our events are still happening and the club remains open with extra safety measures.

– only single-use recycled plastics at the bar for all drinks.
– all bar staff uses hygienic gloves.
– Temperature scanners are used at the entrance for body temperature, Fever cases can not enter.
– We advise visitors who are sick or have a fever to stay home.
– We advise visitors to wash their hands a few times.
– Everybody will have access to the toilets all night for the price of a single visit.
– We advise everybody to use lockers! Bags and Jackets found in the location are being taken from the venue.

If an event needs to be canceled we’ll first try to postpone it to a later date and tickets can remain valid. If an event is canceled and can not be postponed, visitors will automatically get a refund.
