Dax J is a London born, Berlin-based artist, known as a powerful DJ, producer, and label boss. His trademark sound is on constant rotation from the biggest DJ’s in electronic music today. In 2016 Dax was voted into Resident Advisor’s top 100 DJ’s of the year at No.56, while also being nominated in Mixmag, Groove Magazine and DJ Mag as Best Breakthrough DJ.
De Beren Gieren surft al al enkele jaren behendig mee op de ‘new wave of Belgian jazz’. Onder leiding van pianist Fulco Ottervanger (ook bekend van Beraadgeslagen) behoort De Beren Gieren tot één van de meest opwindende en experimentele jazz-formaties in ons land, met aan de drums de notoire Simon Segers (o.a. Black Flower) en Lieven Van Pee op contrabas.
Also in January, Vunzige Deuntjes return to Ampere. After a great year filled with cool editions of Vunzige Deuntjes in Antwerp in 2018, we then travel in 2019 with the coolest bass, r & b, hip hop, dancehall and more check the line up here. (more…)
